The Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) on February 20, 2026, issued the notification regarding the extension of the last date to submit the Quarterly Report.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The deadline for submitting Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) for Quarter 1, Quarter 2, and Quarter 3 of FY 2025–26 has been extended.
• The earlier deadline February 20, 2026 should now be read as 31 March 2026.
• All concerned are required to submit the QPRs on or before March 31, 2026, while all other provisions of the earlier circular remain unchanged.
